43 years old. Born in Marseille, he studied in Aix-Marseille University after a Post-secondary preparatory school to the French Grandes Ecoles. Graduated in 1995 (BA, MA, MD) in Arts and Litterature. Start his career as a journalist and a french teacher. He worked in several countries as a journalist for numerous TV and press media in Ivory Coast, London. He joined in 1998 the French Ministry of foreign affairs as cultural and cooperation officer (Attaché culturel) and was posted in RSA (4 years) supervising (NAMIBIA, ZIMBAWE, BOTSWANA…) to work on various cooperation projects between France and RSA. Moved to Israel and Egypt still working as Diplomat (communication, press, culture). Back in Marseille in 2009, he joined Euroméditerranée. He served first as chief of staff to the CEO and then as strategic advisor and head of international relations.
He teaches international relations at « l’Ecole de Sciences Politiques » and is a consultant in training for Urban Projects (AFD, CMI). He also gives numerous lecturesabout Euroméditerranée and French urban policy around the world.
